Day 1: Depart for Mumbai
Day 2: Mumbai -Bhavnagar
Arrive Bombay. Met on arrival and transferred to
the domestic airport to connect to your flight to
Bhavnagar (9W 3411; 0710:0825;Daily). Met on arrival
and transferred to hotel Dil Bahar facing Victoria
Park, near the bird rich Gaurishankar lake. Afternoon
we will be bird watching at the lake area. Over-night
at hotel Dil Bahar.
Day 3: Bhavnagar - Gir National
Park
Morning proceed to Gir national park & lion
sanctuary, last abode of the Asiatic lion. On arrival
check-in to your lodge for two nights. Afternoon
you will have the first safari to the Gir national
Park. You will have the options of the Taj Gir lodge/Mainland
Jungle Lodge, Sasan.
Day 4: Gir National Park
Enjoy the morning and afternoon the safaris to
the core area of Gir National Park in open-topped
jeeps.
Overnight in the lodge.
Day 5: Gir National Park - Gondal
Morning proceed to Gondal to reach in time for
lunch. Visit the bird rich lakes and grasslands.
Overnight you will have the option to stay at Riverside
Palace or Orchard Palace.
Day 6: Gondal - Little Rann of
Kutch
Morning we will proceed for some bird-watching
at the near-by Veri Lake Later we will drive toRann
Riders Safari Camp, Dasad to reach in time for lunch.
Late-afternoon safari in the Little Rann of Kutch
wildlife sanctuary, home to Asiatic Wild Ass. On
arrival check-in to Rann Riders safari camp for
two nights.
DAY-7: Little rann Of Kutch
Morning trip to bird rich lakes along the Rann
of Kutch. After noon visit the Visadpura Blackbuck
area. Overnight at Rann Riders safari camp.
Day 8: Little Rann - Jaipur
Morning transfer by road to Ahmedabad in time to
connect to your flight to Jaipur. Met on arrival
and transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 9: Jaipur -
RanthamboreMorning transfer by road to Ranthambore
Tiger Reserve. On arrival check-in to your lodge
for three nights.
Overnight will be at the hotel.
Afternoon you will enjoy your first safari to the
Ranthambore National Park.
You will have the choice of resorts like Sher-Bagh
or Vanya Vilas or Tiger Moon and host of other resorts
also.
Day 10: Ranthambore
Enjoy the morning and afternoon the safaris to
the core area of Ranthambore National Park in open-topped
jeeps. Overnight in the hotel
Day 11: RanthamboreEnjoy the morning
and afternoon the safaris to the core area of Ranthambore
National Park in open-topped jeeps. Overnight in
the hotel
Day 12: SAWAIMADHOPUR - BHARATPUR
Early morning enjoy jeep-safari to the core area
of the Park. Afternoon you will have assisted departure
transfer to the Sawai Madhopur railway station to
board your train to Bharatpur (1250:1525). Met upon
arrival and transfer to your hotel for 2 nights.
Remainder of the day at leisure. You can choose
from hotels like the Laxmi Vilas Palace or Chandra
Mahal Haveli or the more rustic accommodations.
DAY 13: BHARATPUR
Visit the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary .
(You can explore the sanctuary by cycle rickshaw,
or go punting)
DAY 14: BHARATPUR- DELHI
Drive on from Bharatpur to Delhi in the morning
visiting the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri en
route.
On arrival to Delhi you will be transferred to a
nearby airport hotel for lobby use & facilities.
Later in the evening, you will be transferred to
the International airport to connect your flight
for onward destination.
