DAY 01 Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi by international flight. Meeting and assistance
on arrival and transfer to the Hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 02 Delhi / Agra
/ Delhi
Morning depart Delhi for Agra by Shatabdi Express. Arrive
Agra and proceed for a sightseeing tour of Agra visiting
the world famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal emperor Shahjehan
in 1630 to enshrine the mortal remains for his beloved
wife Mumtaz Mahal Later visit Agra Fort and Fatehpur
Sikri, the ancient ghost capital of Emperor Akbar. Late
evening transfer to the Railway Station to board Shatabdi
Express for Delhi Overnight at hotel.
DAY 03 Delhi / Srinagar
Morning transfer to the airport in time to board flight
for Srinagar. Arrive Srinagar and transfer to the Houseboat.
Afternoon Shikara ride on the lake (Shikara is a gondola
type boat) Welcome dinner and overnight at the houseboat.
DAY 04 Srinagar
Morning proceed for a half day excursion to Mughal Gardens-the
abode of love and romance. Visit ‘Shalimar’
and ‘Nishat Bagh’. Afternoon free to explore
the enchanting surroundings. Overnight at the Houseboat.
DAY 05 Srinagar/Gulmarg/Srinagar
Morning proceed for a full day excursion tour to ‘Gulmarg’
(57 kilometres). ‘The Meadow of Flowers’,
at an altitude of 8500 ft. boasts of one of the highest
natural golf courses in the world. Evening return to
Srinagar. Overnight at the Houseboat.
DAY 06 Srinagar/Pahalgam/Srinagar
Morning proceed for a full day excursion to Pahalgam
(98 kilometres) from Srinagar. Enroute visit the impressive
ruin of stone temple Martund built between AD 855 and
933. Drive along the river Liddar to Pahalgam-famous
for its scenic beauty. Evening return to Srinagar. Overnight
at the houseboat.
DAY 07 Srinagar
Day free for shopping and other independent activities.
Overnight at the houseboat.
DAY 08 Srinagar/Delhi/Out
Morning free till the time of departure. Transfer to
the airport to board flight to Delhi. Meeting and assistance
on arrival at Delhi and transfer to the International
Airport to connect flight for onward destination.
