Day 01. Colombo : Arrival at Bandaranayake International
airport and transfer to Colombo. Check in at Grand
Oriental Hotel, one of a colonial hotel in the city.
Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Grand
Oriental Hotel.
Day 02. Colombo - Dambulla : After an early
breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to
Dambula. On arrival check into the hotel.
After lunch visit to the Dambulla Cave Temple, built
by king Walagambahu in the 1st century B.C. and
it is a world heritage site. Also, it is the most
impressive of Sri Lanka's cave temples. The complex
of five caves with over 2000 sq. metres of painted
walls and ceilings is the largest area of paintings
found in the world. It contains over 150 images
of the Buddha of which the largest is the colossal
figure of the Buddha carved out of rock and spanning
14 meters.
Day 03. (01st cycle ride From Dambulla to Nalanda
- 35 K.M - approx) From Dambulla you are going
to start your ride. This is a mixture of flat smooth
roads and flat gravel. Reach to Nalanda where you
find the Sri Lankan spice and herb groves. Have
a stop at one of these Spices and Herb garden. After
the visit Transfer to Matale by coach. Enjoy your
lunch at Matale Rest House.
(02nd cycle ride from Matale to Kandy via Knuckles
range - 40 K.M - approx) After lunch transfer
to Knuckels Mountain range by bikes. This is a gravel
mountain climb ride via high plains. Reach to Kandy.
Check in at Hotel Thilanka. Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at Hotel Thilanka. (Standard A/c
room)
DAY 04. After breakfast, Transfer to Peradeniya
by Coach. (03rd cycle ride from Peradeniya to Gampola
via Galaha - 20 K.M - approx)
Start your ride from Peradeniya through the landscape
of Sri Lanka University of Peradeniya. Reach to
Gampola alone with the Sri Lanka longest river "Mahaweli".
This is the smooth road with some slight climbs.
Have a rest at Gampola and continue the rough part
of the ride.
(04th cycle ride from Gampola to Ramboda - 34
K.M - Approx) This ride is by the Kandy - Nuwara-Eliya
Road, with steeping climbs and sharp bends through
tea estates and water streams. Reach to Ramboda
to have a visual treat of magnificent Ramboda Falls.
Have your lunch break their at Ramboda Falls Inn.
(05th cycle ride from Ramboda to Kotmale - 26
K.M - approx)
After the lunch decend to Kotmale Holiday Resort
by a narrow road alone with Kotmale Water Reservoir.
Check in at Kotmale Holiday Resort. Rest of the
day at leisure. Overnight stay at Kotmale Holiday
Resort. (Standard Ac rooms)
DAY 05: After a early breakfast, check out
from the hotel and transfer to Nawalapitiya by coach.
(06th cycle ride from Nawalapitiya to Kithulgala
- 35 K.m - Approx)
From Nawalapitiya to stat your ride through the
country side to Kithulgala. Enjoy an optional session
of White Water Rafting at Kithulgala.
White Water Rafting
This is a level of Grade 4 and 3 rafting in the
world. This 02 hours session is full with adventure
and fun.Have your lunch at Plantation Bungalow,
Kithulgala . From Kithulgala get in to the coach
and reach to Ratnapura.
(07th cycle ride from Ratnapura to Bulathsinghala
40 K.M - Approx) Continue your ride again by
the flat road to Kalutara through the rubber estates
and alone with the "Kalu Ganga" River.
Check in at your Camp site. In the evening enjoy
a jungle BBQ dinner at your camp site. Overnight
stay at Camp site Kalutara.
Day 06. Kalutara - Colombo : After breakfast,
check out and drive to Colombo. Arrive and check
into the hotel. Rest of the day free to relax or
stroll around the avenues of this capital city.

Day 07. Colombo : Early morning transfer
to int'l airport to board flight to your onward
destination.
